What to do after a hailstorm in Nashville
- Document the damage. Take photos of every dented panel in good light. Note the date and rough severity. Insurers will want this.
- Open a comprehensive claim with your insurer. Hail is covered under comprehensive (not collision) and a claim typically does not raise your rate. Get a claim number.
- Bring the car in for inspection. Walk in any time Mon–Fri 8 AM to 5 PM. We'll do a panel-by-panel inspection and tell you whether PDR alone will fix it or whether some panels need traditional repair and refinish.
- We coordinate with your adjuster. We send the estimate to your insurance, handle any supplements, and get authorization to start work.
- Repair and delivery. Most light hail jobs return in 2–4 days. Severe damage with replacement panels can run 2–4 weeks. You pay only your deductible.
