What's included in our collision repair service
When you bring a damaged vehicle to J & S Sevilla, we don't just patch the cosmetic damage and send you on your way. Every collision repair we perform is built around restoring the vehicle to its pre-accident condition — structurally, mechanically, and visually — using procedures the manufacturer recommends.
Frame & structural repair
Computer-controlled measuring system pulls unibody and full-frame vehicles back to factory tolerances. We document before/after measurements.
Panel replacement & welding
OEM-spec panel replacement, MIG and squeeze-type resistance spot welding, with corrosion protection in every seam.
Paint matching & refinishing
Computerized spectrophotometer reads your existing color exactly. Spray-out cards verified under multiple light sources before any paint touches your car.
Pre- and post-repair scanning
OBD-II diagnostic scans before tear-down and after reassembly to catch ADAS, airbag, and module faults that a visual inspection would miss.
Insurance claim handling
Direct billing to State Farm, GEICO, Progressive, Allstate, USAA, Liberty Mutual, Nationwide, Farmers, and every major carrier.
Lifetime workmanship warranty
Our paint and body work is warrantied for as long as you own the vehicle. Documented, transferable to a future buyer in some cases.
Why Nashville drivers choose Sevilla after a collision
Nashville has plenty of body shops. What our customers tell us makes Sevilla different is the combination of three things: the work is done right the first time (so you don't end up back in the shop a month later for paint that didn't match or trim that came loose), the price is fair and explained line by line, and the people answering the phone are the same people doing the work.
Mario Sevilla — the master tech and owner — personally inspects every job before it leaves the shop. Margarita handles the paperwork and translation. There is no middle layer of service writers and estimators upselling you on things you don't need.
"Deep scratches along the rear quarter panel and door of my 2024 Kia Telluride from a parking-garage collision were removed and refinished to a flawless factory black, at roughly 1/3 the price of competitor quotes."
"Rear-bumper scuffing on my Toyota Highlander from a rear-end collision, cosmetically restored in 24 hours. My car looks brand new."
How the collision repair process works
- Free verbal estimate. Walk in any time Mon–Fri 8 AM to 5 PM, or call (615) 840-6160. We'll look at the damage and give you a ballpark on the spot. No appointment, no obligation.
- Insurance claim filed (if applicable). If you have a claim number, we coordinate directly with your adjuster. If you don't have one yet, we can walk you through how to open one.
- Tear-down and written estimate. For larger collisions, we remove damaged panels to find hidden damage. The final written estimate goes to you and your insurer with line-item detail.
- Repair work begins. Frame straightening first if needed, then structural welding, panel replacement, body filler, primer, paint, clear coat, and reassembly.
- Quality inspection and delivery. Mario personally inspects every vehicle before pickup. Post-repair OBD scan run to clear any codes.
